EU Gold Files Amended Statements
Vancouver, British Columbia — EU Gold Mining Inc. (“EU Gold” or the “Company”) announces that it has refiled corrected versions of:
- its interim financial statements for the three months ended July 31, 2025;
- its interim financial statements for the three and six months ended October 31, 2025; and
- its interim financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis for the three and nine months ended January 31, 2026
(collectively, the “Refiled Documents”).
The Refiled Documents were filed to correct references indicating that the financial information was presented in “thousands of Canadian dollars.” The financial information contained in the Refiled Documents is presented in Canadian dollars and not in thousands of Canadian dollars.
The Company confirms that the correction is limited to the description of the unit of presentation and does not affect any of the reported financial information, including assets, liabilities, shareholders’ equity, income (loss), cash flows, net income (loss) per share, or any other financial information previously disclosed. No other changes have been made to the Refiled Documents.
