Legal Disclosure

The terms on which the information on this website is published, including forward-looking statements, the standards that govern its mineral disclosure, and a fraud warning.

General Information

This website is published by EU Gold Mining Inc. (the “Company”) for general information about the Company and its mineral exploration interests in Côte d’Ivoire. It is a summary. It is not exhaustive, and it is not a substitute for the Company’s continuous disclosure record.

The Company is a reporting issuer in British Columbia and Alberta, and its common shares are not listed on any stock exchange. Its filings are available on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca. Where anything on this website differs from those filings, the filings govern.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security in any jurisdiction, and nothing here is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Readers should obtain their own professional advice before making any investment decision.

The Company takes care to keep this website accurate, but does not warrant that the information on it is complete, current or free from error, and may change it at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the Company accepts no liability for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, this website.

Forward-Looking Statements

This website contains forward-looking statements and forward-looking information within the meaning of applicable Canadian securities legislation. They are often identified by words such as “plans”, “expects”, “proposed”, “anticipates”, “intends”, “may” or “will”, or by statements that certain events or conditions are expected to occur.

Forward-looking statements on this website include, among others, statements about the proposed initial drilling programme at the Kimoukro Gold Project, the scope and timing of planned exploration, the expected grant of the Company’s outstanding permit applications, and the Company’s intention to list its common shares on a Canadian stock exchange.

These statements rest on assumptions that management considers reasonable, but they involve known and unknown risks and uncertainties, and actual results could differ materially. Those risks include, among others:

Volatility in the price of gold and in currency and capital markets.

The inherent uncertainty of mineral exploration, where results at surface may not be reproduced by drilling and may not lead to a discovery.

The risk that permit applications are not granted, or are granted later or on different terms than expected.

Political, regulatory, tax and permitting conditions in Côte d’Ivoire, including the outstanding ministerial acceptance of the agreement to acquire K Mining SARL.

The Company’s reliance on its joint-venture partners, since it holds a 35 percent interest rather than control in the River Side and Stargate Atlantis permits.

The availability of financing on acceptable terms, and the Company’s ability to complete a listing.

Title, community, environmental and other risks ordinarily associated with mineral exploration in West Africa.

Readers should not place undue reliance on forward-looking statements. They speak only as of the date they are made, and the Company does not undertake to update them except as required by law.

Mineral Disclosure

The Company’s disclosure of mineral exploration information is prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”), the Canadian standard.

No mineral resources or mineral reserves have been delineated on any of the Company’s permits. The exploration results described on this website, including soil, auger, trench and rock-chip sampling and geophysical surveys, are early stage. They are not an indication of a mineral resource or a mineral reserve, and they are not evidence that any mineralization can be extracted economically.

Deposits, mines and projects on neighbouring or nearby ground are described on this website for regional geological context only. Mineralization on adjacent or nearby properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization on the Company’s permits.

Cautionary note to United States readers. The Company reports under NI 43-101. The United States Securities and Exchange Commission adopted disclosure rules for mining registrants that took effect for fiscal years beginning on or after January 1, 2021, and those rules sit closer to NI 43-101 than the ones they replaced. Differences remain, in the definitions used and in how information is presented, so United States readers should not assume that the information on this website is directly comparable to disclosure by companies reporting under United States rules.

Scientific and Technical Information

The scientific and technical information on this website relating to the Kimoukro Gold Project is derived from the technical report prepared for the Company in accordance with NI 43-101, dated March 9, 2026 with an effective date of March 1, 2026. That report was prepared by Riccardo Aquè (EurGeol 1865) and Diego Furesi (EurGeol 1189), each a Qualified Person as defined in NI 43-101.

The report governs, and the pages on this website are summaries of it. Readers should consult it in full: it is available on the Kimoukro project page and on SEDAR+.
